  Stopped by for a drink, dinner and some games. Had awesome service by Donna and especially Dylan at the bar. Had a slight issue with my check but Dylan and the manager in duty(Zack) took care of business and help us out. Appreciated the great service and awesome food.

  We were in town celebrating our anniversary.m and decided to indulge in some games. The staff was wonderful, and the manager made us feel so welcome! Im just sad I didnt catch his name. I'd go back here in a heartbeat, even on 1/2 price game Sunday!

  We had such a great experience thanks to Dean, the manager at Dave & Buster’s. He went above and beyond throughout our visit, checking in on us multiple times and even offering to hold onto our leftover pretzels while we played games. When we accidentally left them behind, he actually ran outside to return them to us, which really stood out. On top of that, our son unexpectedly got sick (not at all their fault), and Dean immediately stepped in with drink offers, wipes, and genuine care. His kindness and attentiveness made a stressful moment so much easier for us. Dean is a fantastic example of what great service looks like, and it’s clear he sets the tone for his team. We truly appreciate everything he did and will definitely be back!

  We went here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It's practically no different than any other Dave & Buster's with the exception of the Human Crane Machine. We had a good time. I think if I had to critique anything about this place it would be the food. I would like for establishments like this to stop putting bacon on everything. Everybody does not eat pork or meat. I have vegan friends that would never be able to enjoy a meal with me at this place. There are no vegetarian or vegan options and again, I reiterate that they put bacon all over everything without even asking people would you prefer to have bacon on their food. I ended up paying for a meal that I didn't even eat because it had bacon on it and I don't eat pork. I ended up just giving the food to my mother-in-law back in Washington, DC. And on top of that I have an onion allergy and this place puts onions in their coleslaw. I have never heard of anything like that. Onions and coleslaw?! So I ended up having to reorder my meal, 86 the bacon, and nothing more than mashed potatoes as a side. #RipOff
