  Jackson is the ultimate first impression! We visited Bonefish Grill last night and from the moment we walked in, Jackson made our evening special. He greeted us with a big, genuine smile and that perfect welcoming energy that immediately makes you feel like a VIP instead of just another table. He was super efficient while still being friendly and conversational. Even though the restaurant was packed, Jackson handled the waitlist smoothly, kept us updated with a great attitude, and got us seated at a nice booth faster than we expected. He even remembered a little detail from when we checked in and mentioned it when he walked by later — small touch, but it stood out. Hosts often get overlooked, but Jackson really sets the tone for the whole experience. Thanks to him, we were already in a great mood before we even ordered our Bang Bang Shrimp. If you go to Bonefish, ask for Jackson — he’s the real deal. Outstanding host!

  My husband and I just had a wonderful night out for dinner. Let me first start by saying we had one of the best servers EVER! Falina was so personable, professional and attentive. We could not have asked for better customer service. In addition, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Fontina pork chop and his exact words were, " the best pork chop he's ever had." I always have the bang bang shrimp tacos because they never disappoint and are soooo yummy! Next time you don't feel like cooking, head straight to Bonefish Grill! Heck, just go anytime!!

  This was our first time at Bonefish and it definitely won’t be our last! From start to finish, everything was amazing. Rebbie was fantastic—her recommendations were spot on and she was so helpful and attentive throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cheesecake was to die for! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dining experience.

  Rebecca made our entire experience exceptional! She was warm, attentive and genuinely kind, one of those rare servers who makes you feel truly taken care of without being overbearing. She anticipated our needs before we even had to askk. She had such a positive, welcoming energy the whole time. Her recommendations were spot on and you could tell she really knew the menu and cared about making sure we had a great experience. It’s not often you come across service like this! Rebecca went above and beyond!

  As always when I come to Bonefish Grill, Brandon makes THE BEST Smokey Old Fashioned! He is very accommodating and friendly, as well as attentive to detail. He even said if I removed the smoked filled glass off my drink, the smoke could twirl. Hasn't happened yet, but Im looking forward to my next time at Bonefish Grill. Thanks Brandon and keep up the good work!
