  2 steak egg n cheese bagels barely toasted and dripping grease. I know it’s greasy sandwich but this was extreme. Sloppily made. The screen behind cashier says the cookies are 0.00, and Tia the Manager refused to Grant the price on the screen. This is False Advertising, and said it couldn’t be fixed. So a Billion Dollar company can’t fix such a minor issue. Tia needs more training on how to properly handle an issue like this. STORE # 32032 580 Butler crossing Order 212

  I got a Big Mac and they put no patties on it, I also got 4 strawberry cream pies and only got two of them.

  Very dirty inside. They bring food, then have to run back to get drinks. Then as your food is getting colder, you have to go get drinks. If you have to get your own drinks, why does it have to be selected on the kiosk.

  Everyone there is super friendly but I cannot stand when I order food, especially paying extra for the burger to be customized only for them to completely ignore it, I ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce and and extra patty which only is an extra $1.50 but to ignore it all together is a bit of a pain, seeing as how I had to pull forward and wait in the drive through spots, I don’t mind waiting longer but that should mean that the extra time would ensure that they will get the order correct at the very least, not to mention that the fries were not even hot
