  The new manager Ethan actually does an amazing job. And he's one of the good managers who actually cares about the customer.

  Service at this location is non-existent. We stood watching numerous people have the same issue with the kiosks that we did. The staff could see customers having issues but never offered to help. When asked for assistance people got an eyeroll and a curt "in a minute" that turned out to be several minutes only for them to redirect us to the drive-thru because they couldn't get it to work either and "couldn't take our order at the counter." This was not a one-time instance, this is almost every time we go to this location instead of the Moraine Point location.

  Got the soft taco party pack. For $22.99 think youd get some decent tacos. Nope about a table spoon of taco meat spread out and the cheese and lettuce barely existed. Poor quality and lack of ingredients for the price is horrible. Only thing nice was the drive-thru worker was very friendly.

  Woefully messed up our order and experience. There was a hair in my chicken chalupa (I asked for a beef substitute) and I asked for no ice in our drinks (there was ice). The employees "efforts" were also subpar. The drive thru human was incredibly short with us while ordering. While I waited in the car for my husband, who went to resolve the hair issue, at least four different employees went out to the dumpster for a smoke break. I understand habits, but at least take your food service gloves off before smoking in front of customers and going back inside with the same gloves on.
