  The girl refused to complete many reasonable requests I asked for. I wanted just a few more onions and the container was full. She had a excuse to say no. Mayo style dressings had to be applied in a certain order so I went with oil and vinegar. The lettuce was brown and cookies were small.

  12/28. the worker was TERRIBLE. very stingy with the vegetables. she was being rude because she misheard vingeratte for vinegar and continuously yelled at me and my friends til i told her i wasn’t gonna argue and that i wanted my sauce. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION SUCH A TERRIBLE ENVIRONMENT

  OMG I will never ever come back to THIS store. The girl working there today (12/05) just 5 mins ago should be FIRED. She has ZERO customer service skills. She was rude from the beginning, every thing she opened her mouth to say had thick arrogant and rude attitude all over it. I'm literally blown away right now. All I asked for was extra mayo put on before anything and she said she can't do that. 😳 Then I asked for little lettuce and extra tomatoes. She gave me normal amount of both. When I said can I have more tomatoes, she said no we can't do that. They can't do that at THIS store... 😳 WHAT? I don't believe her but even if I did, the completely rude attitude the entire time not only begs to not be believed but when I tell you I actually almost walked out without my hoagie and not paying... But I just couldn't waste the food like that... NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. EVER. I'll continue to (like I usually do) go to the one by giant eagle. I suggest everyone do that as well.

  Don't even get to try the food. I was refused service when I entered the franchise. The girl said I'm only going to do on online orders. I will not do your order if I could give zero stars I would the business did not appear to be very busy, she had a single sandwich that she was waiting for a DoorDash her to pick up will not return or not be back
