She asked what was on a sub and worker in back tried explaining but the lady didn’t hear her & the front worker isaid ‘I already told her what was on it, you don’t need to’ VERY VERY RUDE

I thought, uh okay, but I am a customer standing right here in person and you aren't going to wait on me because you have any order from online? Was I supposed to just stand there and watch her build this platter, then order!? I left, felt that was very rude

She told me that was all she was aloud to put on a sandwich. She said her boss would not allow and add it was because they didn’t do much business. She had a full bind of tomatoes. Her attitude sucks. I can see why the business is poor, bad customer service and very bad rules that don’t apply to any other subway. They won’t get any more of my business.
