  left the dunkin' on main street downtown butler after getting no service to come here. the staff was awesome! a very sweet young lady greeted us before the door even closed behind us!! will only come to this dunkin' from now on.

  Over half the time the food is barely even warm, let alone hot. They also frequently give the wrong item or replace flavors without asking if you’re okay with substitutions. Very frustrating.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. Almost all of their machines were down, which should’ve been the first red flag. We ordered the most basic breakfast sandwiches nothing complicated and somehow they still managed to completely mess it up. The bacon was burnt to absolute charcoal, totally inedible. The egg was frozen. Not “a little cold,” but disgustingly, shockingly cold. I’ve never been served a breakfast sandwich like that in my life. Neither I nor my boyfriend ate it because it was that bad. If you can’t handle making a simple breakfast sandwich, you shouldn’t be open. This was a waste of money and time. We will not be returning, and I’d seriously caution anyone else thinking about stopping here.

  Poor service. Their espresso machine has been down for over a week and they have to keep issuing cash only refunds. Why are the drinks available on the app if they can't make them? When asked for an alternative the employee was very rude and provided no recommendations besides getting a refund. I will not return to this location.
