  Pleasantly surprised by this Dunkin Donuts. I had given up on this franchise a while ago because the quality from when I was growing up was just gone. However, after being in the area I stopping in today with my daughter because she really wanted to, we got some donuts. They tasted absolutely great with a ton of cream filling inside and everything. I will def be back to this store in particular to buy more. The lady that helped us was super nice as well. Only thing I'd have to complain about is the tables and chairs weren't spotless. There were some crumbs on a couple seats of chairs at a table we sat at.

  I would rate this experience terrible. I Ordered a large almond protein matcha, my go to drink, however when I received the item, their was so much ice in the drink I couldn't even fit the straw throw the opening. I asked if they could remake one or if it would be easier just make one with no ice and I will put ice in it when I get home. Instead they give me a cup of milk, with all the matcha powder stuck to button.. not only was the products terrible but the customer service was also horrible, the entire time waiting for a new drink to be made, the lady (I presume a manger) wearing red kept staring at us with an unpleasant expression on her face.

  parking lot was almost full with 3 people inside at tables. walked up to the donuts deciding what we wanted while 5-6 employees had a conversation and never acknowledged us. we walked out and won't be back.

  Someone's kids yelling and screaming. The employees showed patience. Professional. Busy drive through but seating available. Someone walks you to tge restroom to gain entrance.

  Hashbrowns buy them they are the best the lemonade is also very good.
