I know my address comes up on Google maps weird as it used to be an old school than made into apartments. I put helpful instructions in the delivery instructions and when they called to ask specifics they were immediately so rude. I explained where it was and was told "that isn't even an address in the system. Do not use this address again." Every other delivery service has found it fine and never had an issue. 🤷🏻♀️ Don't know what address i am supposed to use other than my own actual address. Papa Johns it is from now on.

- TLTrysta LeeDec 17, 20251.0i made a mobile order for 2 pizzas, and my fiance picked them up and came home. when he got home we realized one of them was totally wrong so we called and explained what happened and the guy on the phone told us they could have a new one delivered. i told him that we were outside their delivery range (we live 20 minutes away), so he said he would go ask a manager. he then came back to the phone and said his manager approved of it anyways and that i’d just have to pay the delivery fee, so of course we agreed considering we have a small toddler. not even 10 minutes later we get a call from dominos and it’s some other guy telling us they cannot deliver our pizza because we’re outside of their delivery range. i explained to him that we had told the first guy this information but that the manager approved it and we went back and forth for a minute as i expressed frustration, to which he got an attitude with me and the excuse for the first guy was “he’s new to the area”… so instead i ended up having to get a refund due to this place’s ignorance to properly fulfill an order, not to mention their terrible customer service.

I was giving them 1 more chance after they messed up my previous order 3 times but I think this is it for me... Fox's has much better wings anyway.
