  I love Charley’s. I eat here at least once a week, and it is always clean and the staff are always friendly and efficient. The sandwiches are always great!!

  I always get Boneless Buffalo here and its one of the best, and workers are very kind and friendly as well.

  Checked my order in the dine in area to make sure everything was right because I’ve had issues with getting the wrong order before. I noticed the hoagie for my son was made with cheese after I told them he was allergic and could not have cheese. I asked them to make another hoagie this time without the cheese and PAID for it again. When I arrived home I took the hoagie out of the bag and opened the box… lo and behold the hoagie I just repurchased had cheese. If I hadn’t noticed, my son could have been in an ambulance heading to the hospital right now. This isn’t even the first time this happened. I hope they get their issues sorted out so people are able to enjoy their food the way they want. But as of this moment I can no longer recommend this Charlie’s location.

  The employees were very friendly and extremely helpful assisting me with the App. as it was my first time ever trying the food. The loaded fries were delicious and pretty closely resembled how they were pictured on the website the “Large” Philly cheesesteak however was severely lacking steak meat!
