They do not respect safety rules when the cleaning crew is working, and they do not allow them to properly clean the kitchen and store entrance areas. This causes problems with the morning supervisors, who then complain to the company that the store is not clean, when it is because the night shift doesn't respect the cleaning crew while they are working. If you ask some employees a question, they ignore you or speak with a bad attitude, making gestures with their hands at the cleaning crew. The next time they disrespect the cleaning crew, the crew will be take legal actions and call the police will be called to sue them for the bad conduct of respect they have for the cleaning crew. The night shift has cameras, I don't know why they don't make them aware of it
