  Can’t get orders right. Drive through screen is completely broke. My husband and I both order, use a code and pay. Did not get my husband orders right, we mentioned it at the window and they have us go back through to reorder. Had to ask multiple times for a refund for the food we did not want and was met with extreme attitude not only from the worker but from the manager themselves. Charged us an extra dollar for cheese but did not give us a refund for the extra for the food we bought. Finally have it all figured out, bite into a snack wrap and it’s chewy and stringy. Overall not satisfied and a waste of money

  Arrived to the McDonalds, ordering screen was broken. Employees got my order wrong. Were very confrontational about it. Made me go through drive through again due to it being “policy” to wait at window. Was not offered a refund, and had to ask for one several times. Was not given the correct refund amount. Overall rude staff and bad service

  This was the second time I tried to get food here. The first time I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order and got attitude. Tonight is at in line for over 15 minutes after ordering and still didn’t get to the pick up window. Two other cars behind me left the line without food before I did.

  The only positive is that the lady who served me was very friendly and accommodating. A pregnant lady who I presume either works there or is friends with a female drive thru employee was sitting on the counter that you order food at. She was cursing and telling stories while the other employee showed her videos on her phone. The fries were hot but the chicken tasted expired and the buns were hard and cold. Who manages this place? Terrible 😞.
