  he broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl hit the spot on a rainy day, but the bread got a little soggy at the bottom.

  Me and my fiancee got the sips club for 4 months. We haven't used it every day though because it seems like such a waste to get a plastic cup every day. We wrote Panera and were told to ask management and it shouldn't be a problem. So we got sips last night and they said it's not a problem and we told the counter to please put the cups back as we brought reusable ones and she said not a problem. This morning we go to this location and tell them that we brought our own reusable cups to please put those back and she said they aren't allowed to put them back. We will not be renewing our sips club. Shame on Panera for contributing to the land fills and encouraging people to get a plastic cup every day if not multiple times a day. It's so disappointing because everyone at Panera is always helpful and friendly and the food and drinks are amazing. It's so sad that Panera can't figure out how to have a "bring your own reusable cup" option. We can't with good conscious keep the sips club membership knowing that even if we bring our own reusable cup, apparently they just throw out the plastic cup we were going to use.

  Every time I come back, I have to wait for coffee. Damn it, I don't want to keep this shop open anymore. Does the manager even know how to manage? They never seem to make coffee right away! Of all the shops I've been to, this is the most disappointing. I always have to wait 10 minutes for coffee. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🥲🥲🥲 So many people are working, and not a single person comes to make coffee. ☕️️ヽ(´-`)ﾉ Having customers wait for coffee isn't your priority.

  Do rapid pickup option, the lady at the counter is annoying in my opinion. My first visit I was confused about the menu and I asked her for help, but this lady was like a feedback loop automated machine and kept saying the same response— no nuance at all, which I felt was inhumane and just nonsensical. However, the rapid pick-up is a solid option, it never fails. They make it fast, on time, my foods always ready and there when I need it. Nobody stops you when you pick up food with your name on it, no hassle whatsoever.
