  Not only is this one of the cleanest and most updated Giant locations I’ve been to, but I have to mention Josh, the cashier. I was doordashing all day, lugging around lots of heavy items, but hey - it’s the territory. But when I checked out with Josh, without me prompting him, he walked over and scanned the 35 pack of water, and then quickly packed up the other bags and loaded my cart for me!! I’ve never had someone go that extra mile, especially as a cashier anywhere. Josh anticipated my needs and recognized how to make my life a little easier, and he did. I hope corporate knows what a gem they have on their hands!

  This Giant location in Broomall has great high quality food products with the staff keeping all those products well stocked and organized. The staff are very professional and caring for customers. At the time I've visited this Giant, A certain Giant Direct employee that was in his young 20s was handling customers waiting for their online pick up orders. The employee was really fast on picking items and bringing the orders out to the customers in the Giant Direct parking spots. There was a queue of almost 10 customers waiting for Giant Direct Pick Up. Keep up the good work ethic 👍

  I went here today with my grandparents and the lady by the self checkout was name Audrey C. she was rude and very disrespectful and she was being very racist towards me and my grandparents and this is the first time we experienced a disrespectful worker and not being professional she told us that we had to go to another cashier because we had to many groceries at self checkout area. As we pointed out that there was a person who also had well over 20 items she just said thank you and never asked the gentleman to move and I was so upset because she was discriminating us and I don’t ever want to go back here again. poor customer respect and dignity and dumb nonsense so I won’t be coming back here again because Audrey C. is not being nice to customers that are in different color and she is a judgy woman so if I were you guys I’d probably fire her and possibly write her up for color discrimination.
