Took it to the counter and showed them and was asked what i wanted from them after showing them the burger. I asked for another burger. The short bald bearded man said since I already took a bite that they couldn’t give me another one…… Is the exception to crack open your burger to check to see if it was cooked fully? I wont be stopping here again and would recommend you do the same.

Then have you pull to the door to wait for your food. With a car full of kids i waited until 5 cars behind me have driven off. Walk in to ask where my food is. They verified my order then told me yeah you had 4 chicken meals we have to cook the chicken. Well give customer the info instead of having them sit by the curb wondering.
