Have gone multiple times from October through December, in store, and either missed an item(s) or longer wait than normal. But clean and welcoming service.

I have only ever gone through the drive-through, and I use the mobile app, but every time my food has been correct, it’s always been fresh, and the staff is always polite and actually smiling… Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Today, this McDonald's surprised me. The staff were very polite and very quick in the kitchen, not "as usual." The French fries weren't bitter, and everything was delicious and cooked quickly. The furniture needs to be updated, as the backs of the sofas are already worn out, but you can see that the staff are doing everything possible to make customers comfortable. I will definitely return to this particular McDonald's.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but this place has earned one. I’ve been here countless times and I don’t think they’ve gotten my right once. It’s bad when you know you need to check the bag immediately or you’ll lose out on food you’ve paid for. The service is awful and the food is slapped together. We now go further to a different location that won’t perpetually disappoint. Management should get involved asap, it’s bad.
