    Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant from the kiosk, and eventually received my order a few minutes later. My eyesight isn't what it used to be and I'd left my glasses in my truck, but I saw the man preparing my food use bacon instead of sausage for my order. I questioned this, but he insisted he had made my sandwich with sausage. Only later after having left the establishment did I properly check my food, and I found that he hadn't done as he said, substituting bacon as mentioned before. To all those who read this, I emplore you to visually check your orders from this establishment, to ensure that you are infact receiving what you wanted

    Use to stop in here once a week on my way to work. The service is completely garbage in the morning! The staff ignores you and won't take your order? The manager working in the morning us unpleasant and rude to customers. Stay away!

    On April 25,2026 MY husband & I stopped at Wendy's in Brookville,PA.for lunch. We were surprised by the proffesional & kind employees here. My husband said "we were treated like loyalty." and I totally agree. We thank you all for that. You are role models for all other restaraunts. You get 10 *'s from us!

    Staff went above and beyond to help me when my ride home fell threw, all while prepping for a bus that was coming in. Your over night crew is probably the best I've seen in human integrity, cleanliness, & food service. Thank you all for renewing my hope in humanity.
