  The food was delicious but the service today was horrible, the girl at the window was trying her hardest and some older guy was yelling, we were in the drive thru and could hear him. His attitude towards everyone was horrible and we watched another girl flip out on him and I believe she left, which I don’t blame her because the way he was talking and yelling was not professional. Honestly I don’t think we will be coming back if he’s working. Horrible experience 👎

  The food is consistent with any other Arby’s but this location has the added bonus of your shoes sticking to the floor while you walk to your seat. 😬

  Food is usually good, but they are so slow it’s not worth it if you’re on a time crunch. Even with ordering online I’ve still waited 20 minutes in the DT. But they are always super nice.

  That had a couple of TVs playing the MLB playoffs, but one of them was not functioning properly.

  This location in Brookville off of I-80 might not get the traffic like other Arby's chains, which would account for why I have never received an order at the window. I seemingly wait 5-10 minutes for FASTFOOD while gas is not free, you will always get a sorry for the wait with your order. Not sure if its because they dont get the traffic so they dont prep alot of food but it is usually hot and thats why I return. Overall its average at best, I would hate to put in a big order here... you might need to plan an overnight stay.
