  They really need to mark on their website and app when they’re out of pesto or tomatoes or both. The last 3 times I’ve ordered a pesto Margherita pizza, it hasn’t had pesto on it at all and one time no tomatoes or pesto. I definitely don’t think I’m ordering again. At this point just take that pizza off the menu.

  Greeted after walking in the door when picking up a delivery through DoorDash. Walked into the restroom and walked out right out. Order took about 5-10 after estimated pickup time.

  I don’t understand how a Pizza Hut can be so terribly ran, I ordered delivery and just didn’t get anything lol like nobody showed up with my food and then they closed the store for the night. On a side note every time I go here I end up waiting an hour past my pickup time.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an order at 7:30 PM and didn’t receive it until 9:40 PM—over TWO hours later—with zero meaningful updates. The app just kept pushing the delivery time back with no explanation. I have young children who were basically asleep by the time the food finally arrived, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering dinner. Trying to get help was even worse. It took at least five calls just to reach someone because you can’t even contact the store directly—everything is routed through a national call center. Then, after finally getting through, I was hung up on TWICE. No resolution, no accountability. To make matters worse, the order was handed off to DoorDash, and the driver didn’t respond to a single call or text. At that point, I had no idea where my order was or if it was even still coming ( door dash just kept saying orders where ahead of mine). There was also no option to cancel after waiting that long, which is completely unacceptable. This was a frustrating, poorly managed experience from start to finish. Lack of communication, terrible customer service, and no control over your own order. I won’t be ordering again for a 3 mile delivery!!!!

  Still gotta give it a 3. The pizza was cut super awkward, we didn’t request anything specific, just a medium pizza and there was a messed up piece? Got extra pepperoni and it seemed like a normal amount of pepperoni from everywhere else I’ve ordered. Also had mushrooms and I counted, there was 9 pieces of mushrooms so that’s a bit confusing. The garlic bread sticks weren’t cut so we just had a garlic bread loaf? The sauce cups were 1/2 filled. I get not wanting it to spill or overfill but there was about a tablespoon of sauce. I mean it was 25$ total so super cheap but i don’t know. Was a bit disappointing upon seeing when it smelled so good bringing it home.
