On few occasions, the drive thru has been long, extra slow waiting 45 + minutes, and I was given the wrong food. I love Wendy’s, it’s 5 minutes from my house, but I have no intentions of going back to Wendy’s in Brookhaven, PA. (Had conversation with manager- poor customer service and management)

really bad service, every time I go it’s a min of 20 min wait for drive through. only doing mobile ordering, every time they are always out it smth (fries, meat) they tell me their truck is late. maybe close the store?? maybe switch suppliers bec this is happening every night. unbelievable. the amount of times the wrong item have been given to me is horrendous. staff is definitely rude, but I would too if i was the only person working. management is horrible and needs to do something about this. mobile support is nonexistent goodluck trying to reach any1 through their phone number, website, email. it’s genuinely horrible. if your order is wrong you can’t talk to any1 and you’re definitely not coming back and waiting another 30 minutes in drive through for them to tell u they can’t do anything since it’s a online order and can’t refund you.
