    Ordered a ‘the works pizza’, and they made the crust to big and used as little cheese as possible on top. I guess they are trying to save money by putting less cheese, and result is crust that is super thick, pizza won’t taste as good, and topics are all smooshed in smaller cheese covered area, which degrades the taste. Won’t be returning to this location.

    I placed an order online for what I thought was my Papa John’s in North Wilmington. I placed it for Brookhaven. After waiting at the North Wilmington location for 30 mins (they were really busy and short staffed), I realized my order went to Brookhaven. I called Brookhaven and explained what happened and that I would be there in 20 mins. When I arrived, I was greeted by Willis as soon as I walked in the door. He told me that he felt bad after speaking with me and made us a fresh pizza and Oreo bites. We live in a time where people don’t go the extra mile for customers anymore so I was really surprised when Willis did just that. Thank you Willis for providing exceptional customer service.

    I ordered and they said I was out of delivery range. I live down the street less then a mile away. Literally maybe a 15 minute walk, 2 minutes drive.

    Ordered 2 pizzas 05/12/23 at 11:25 am for lunch for my guys at work. Estimated delivery time said 12:20-12:30, which I thought was a long time but we are busy at work so whatever. Pizzas come at 1:30 and are COLD! I told the driver, I’m not saying it’s your fault but we ordered that pizza 2 hours ago and it looks all dried out like it’s been sitting for 2 hours. He stated, I don’t work for Papa John’s, I work for Door Dash. I even gave him a good tip because I can’t put the blame on him but NEVER AGAIN! These cold pizzas costed me $80 Do not order from this location. If I seen the horrible reviews prior to ordering, I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money.
