After waiting at the North Wilmington location for 30 mins (they were really busy and short staffed), I realized my order went to Brookhaven. I called Brookhaven and explained what happened and that I would be there in 20 mins. When I arrived, I was greeted by Willis as soon as I walked in the door. He told me that he felt bad after speaking with me and made us a fresh pizza and Oreo bites. We live in a time where people don’t go the extra mile for customers anymore so I was really surprised when Willis did just that. Thank you Willis for providing exceptional customer service.

So I called and was transferred to a call center (they are around the corner from me) then transferred to another call center. Then they could not get my address correct - they kept saying the wrong (but different each time) city no matter how many times I spelled it out. It took almost 15 min to put the order in. Status says “on its way” for the last half hour, and I’m not confident in this.
