It takes so long for an order to leave the store, and then takes so long to get to the house, that the food is cold when it arrives. And I mean cold, not cool, not warm. Hard, congealed and cold. It's too bad because it didn't used to be this way. There are plenty of other quality pizza shops in the area, I suggest using one of those.
