  I ordered a meal over lunch break from work. Waited in line to order, first window to pay, and then finally to final window. At the first window where i paid i told the young man to keep reciept. I mean... what do i need that for...While at second window I waited and then the employee handed me a drink and then closed window. After 3 more minutes he then told me to move forward the food will be out shortly. I told him I've been waiting long enough and I just would like my money back so I can get back to work. He took my drink back and closed the window speaking to manager. He opened window and said to pull forward it will be right out. I said I just would like my money back. He went back in closed window spoke to manager and then opened window back up and said it's just the fries they are still cooking. I then realized they are NOT giving me my money back and I had to go back to work, I had only a couple minutes to get back from my lunch break which was spent waiting for food I never got. I did complain to corporate and they said they couldn't do anything without my recipient number!! Remember that decision I made earlier.....not good. I told them I don't want a recipient, I don't want my money back , but the MANAGER or advisor inside who did not want to give me my money back should be reprimanded so they don't do it again to our community members. I WILL NEVER go there again. I hope you chose elsewhere to spend your money.

  They forgot the chocolate milk in my kid’s happy meal only for me to find out after the 15 minute drive home.
