The only reason why they’re even still in business anymore is because of their location

- KSKathleen SilvonekJan 31, 20261.0I did an online order for a dozen donuts, iced coffee and 2 orders of bagel bites. When I got there I was told they ran out of donuts. Totally understandable, I asked if they were able to give me a refund for the donuts. The worker there had to call her manager to see if they were able to. The manager was trying to walk her through how to do it. After a few times it still wasn't working. She said the only thing they could do was either I could come back tomorrow or call customer service. I explained I lived about 30 minutes away and was not able to come the next day. I asked if they could transfer the order to another Dunkin closer to me they where not able to do that. I also suggested if it was possible to just put my refund on a gift card. She said she was not able to do that either. I said OK, I'll call customer service. I went to call while I was still in the store incase they needed verify anything while I was ou the phone. Unfortunately, Dunkin customer service isn't available on the weekends. So, I had to leave the store with no refund and hopefully can get this all worked out Monday. Once I got in my car and drove away I got almost home and went to eat my bagel bites to find there was only one order instead of the two I ordered. Needless to say this was not a pleasurable experience.
