The restaurant was dirty — tables hadn’t been wiped down, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while, and the drink station was sticky and messy. On top of that, my food came out cold, like it had been sitting there for a while. I usually enjoy Wendy’s, but this visit was honestly disappointing. I hope management cleans things up and makes sure the food is served fresh and hot next time. Not going back to this location

So I decided to go to McDonald's and give them my business so I can sit down and enjoy the meal and use the bathroom and wash my hands. This was not good service in my opinion. More like inconvenience.
