  Each time I go to that place they rush with order not pay attention what person ask . They have additud, they dont ask what size you like and on top of it denied your order the people working there need to be replaced. This young generation dont respect anyone this days shame on your service .

  I ordered a happy meal and 2 biggie bag meals from there, one with a burger one a chicken sandwich. We didn’t open the bag until we got home and realized that our nuggets were missing (the 2 nuggets that come with the biggie bags) but our daughter (happy meal) had hers. So we went back, and when we tried to explain this to the hostess, she told us that she did give them to us, that we were trying to get free nuggets and people do it all the time, she was very condescending and nasty, and then dismissive as she closed the window mid sentence on my end.

  Pulled up to the window was asked if I could wait a few extra minutes as they were dealing with an issue. I politely said of course and waited approx 8 minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a few other items and proceeded to the window to pay. I asked for a honey mustard sauce. She refused to give me one and said because my chicken was a sandwich and not nuggets I would have to pay for one. I'm sorry but that is absolutely ridiculous and has never happened to me at any other Wendy's. And when I questioned her about is she became extremely rude and forceful when handing me my food. I will NEVER go there again and find it ridiculous that i was refused a sauce packet because my chicken was a sandwich and not nuggets. DO BETTER WENDYS

  I ordered something on the mobile app and the manager that was working that day closed the restaurant early. She was helping someone in front of me and all I wanted to know was how can I get a refund. After she helped the customer in front of me, she closed the window in my face and walked off. That was very rude and I will never recommend no one to eat there with a service like that. I have been there a few times and the service is very slow. I would rather eat at the Burger King up the street from there.
