The drive thru was NOT busy and the employees continually didn't serve the people at the counter. When challenged one employee became rude a defiant like it was her right to be rude (the one wearing the head set). Young lady may I remind you I am the customer NOT an idiot like you were treating me and the delivery drivers and other customers wanting to order or pick up. To the Store Manager, please train your employees to have respect for all who come to eat at your Taco Bell. The customer service is appalling and that evening the defiant attitude of I'll serve you when I say so is both unbelievable and disrespectful on all levels. If it was possible to give your store a minus 5 stars I would. You cannot keep treating people with utter disrespect.
