We walked up to get our order placed and had to wait 15 minutes to finally order it which I get but not only that. As the older Indian lady was taking our order she was on her phone constantly texting. She then kept making side comments in a different language to some other girl! Every time she made a comment they would look at us and laugh. When I finally got my food she threw the bag on the counter. I was just trying to have an easy day but I didn’t expect that I would get judged and basically discriminated against.

Of course the loud lady is screaming at other employees every morning. Go in wanting coffee leave out with a headache. Some where you spend money EVERYDAY should give you what you ordered. This isn’t just a one-time bad experience either — it’s like this every single time. Absolute embarrassment to the Dunkin’ !! Where is pest control spraying for bugs? Why would you do that during work hours?
