  Horrible! Horrible service food is always made incorrectly or cold! Drinks taste awful I literally drive to any other Dunkin in the area the touch food with the same hands they collect money with

  I use to go here a couple times a week for breakfast but never again!! I used the mobile app same order EVERY TIME plain toasted bagel that’s it no cream cheese no butter nothing! A order can’t be simpler! I go to the window get my order pull up a little bit It’s got cream cheese! I don’t eat it never ordered it and the receipt shows doesn’t show cream cheese… back up tell the guy at the window he says ok no problem… goes to make another one gives it to me thinking that I already said something about it that it would be fine and nope… same thing again… I don’t understand how hard it can be to make what’s on the screen… how simpler can it be made for people?! Never going here again!
