  Wendy’s Spicy Chicken sandwich has been my favorite go-to for years! Yesterday, I purchased the SCS meal and much to my surprise, it didn’t even remotely resemble what I thought I ordered. I went to their website to write a review and here is what Wendy's said….. “We went back to the kitchen to give our famous 
Spicy Chicken Sandwich a total upgrade” Say what you want but it looks like you’re trying to emulate a competitors Chicken sandwich which, in my opinion, isn’t fit for human consumption. Why ruin a good thing Wendy’s? If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! Bring back the truly famous spicy chicken sandwich as it WAS the best! In the meantime, I’m done with you until you see the light and bring it back.

  What in the actual hell? I placed an order through the app. Pulled in to pick up it up. Was told to wait because of a shift change? Never in my life have I had a restaurant make me wait 15+ minutes to tell them I was there to pick up my order. Then another 15+ minutes to actually get the food that looked like my toddler grabbed a bag and threw his leftovers in. I was missing one of my drinks. One of the toys. And some of nuggets was missing the correct number. I ordered four kids meals. And an extra 10 piece nugget. Just to wait 30+ minutes in total. Have five meals be thrown in the same bag. Missing items and be told that everything was in there. Never in my life has a “fast food” restaurant experience been so lazy, ignorant and slow.

  If I could give the service less stars, I would. The service I experienced today was absolutely awful! The scenario: I had asked for a drink carrier at the talk box and the woman at the window reacted so unprofessional that I fear for my life if I ever go thru that Wendy’s again!!!! I am so upset with this. This is my go to Wendy’s spot, if you can avoid it like I will be doing now …I suggest you do. The manager was unhelpful at the time for the situation that was escalating very quickly.

  Don't order French fries a 1 hour before they close. This is the second time I got mush fries.
