  Sucks that this is our closest Sonic because they are terrible. I've given them three chances and they are 0 for 3. I used to like going to Sonic near my hometown and I like their food, but this location is not it. The first time I went I waited an obscenely long time just to have my order taken even though it didn't really seem that busy, but as I paid attention to what was going on around me it seemed like they only had one person working and I felt bad, so I cut them some slack. I didn't come back for over a year after that time, and when I did I once again was left waiting a ridiculously long time even though it once again didn't seem to be ridiculously busy. It took 32 minutes just to have my order taken, and when they finally did the woman was snippy about it. What annoyed me more was I watched a guy pull in after I had already been waiting for 20 minutes and get his order taken immediately. I coincidentally happen to work nearby, and again I usually like their food. So for my third try I figured since it took a ridiculously long time the last two times I went I would be smart and plan ahead and placed a pick-up order through the app for my lunch break. I don't necessarily expect a pickup to come out right away and I don't mind waiting a few minutes, and if it means I can actually enjoy their food instead of wasting my whole lunch break just waiting to get my order taken it's worth it, right? Wrong. Because of traffic I arrived at the pickup space three minutes after the designated pickup time and checked in immediately. When I pulled in there were multiple employees hanging around outside, and as soon as they saw me pull up they went back inside. It certainly wasn't to bring me my food because they left me waiting for over 10 minutes, which beats the last two times I went there but is still longer than I would expect, especially when it clearly was slow enough that they could take a break instead of working through a rush. You might think that maybe there was a mix-up and they were making my order fresh after I arrived, but no. The food I received was cold, like it had been sitting out for a while and not even under a heat lamp. What's more, they completely forgot part of my order and another part of what I did receive was totally the wrong item. I don't expect fine dining from Sonic but this place has absolutely nightmarish service and they need to figure it out. The people they have now obviously don't care.

  Sat in the Drive-Thru line for almost 15 minutes for the person at the window to not know what I ordered, the card swiper didn't work, and when I finally got my order it was the worst looking Burger I had ever received.I will never be back to this dumpster fire of a restaurant

  I'm not a fan of fast food cheeseburgers but Sonic cheeseburger is top notch!

  I want to like Sonic, but I haven't yet had a burger that I like. Sides are ok. If they didn't have the drink selection, I think the franchise would be out of business.
