My ciabatta bread had a BUG on it, my salad had old greens mixed in the salad that were black and squishy as when they are past their prime. The manger gave me a new ciabatta when I told her there was a bug - that's it. When I needed to bring back the salad after piling up the gross and white lettuce when I tried to eat it, she told me the mixed greens are black .😳 She happily gave me a refund with no " I'm sorry" " can I make you another salad" nothing! REALLY ? That's how restaurants are run now?
