This is the ONLY one I’ve come to, TWICE, where my açaí bowl and Bahama mama bowl were both freezer burnt. Any other tropical smoothie I’ve been to, the consistency is not freezer burnt. It’s somewhat frozen but does not taste freezer burnt. I will literally never come back to this location, I gave them a pass the first time with my Bahama mama bowl because those are clearly supposed to be frozen but the consistency shouldn’t be sharp, literally felt like glass in my mouth. Gave them another try and got an AÇAÍ bowl, threw that in the garbage as well, $20.00 down the drain! Smh
