  Sloppy burgers, the patty was hanging off the bun and the ketchup was all over the bun. Do better.

  I want to like Sonic, but I haven't yet had a burger that I like. Sides are ok. If they didn't have the drink selection, I think the franchise would be out of business.

  This is a well oiled machine! I saw the low ratings and got a little worried but decided to go anyways, well worth it! We went on a busy Friday night, the ordering process was quick and our clerk was prompt. We ordered 2 smash burger meals, hotdogs and shakes. The food came out in about 10 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised by this. For the food - absolute 10’s across the board. Probably the best Sonic I’ve been to in years, the turned this ship 100% around.

  it took five years to get my food i was sitting in the drive through for 45 mins and there was 4 ppl in front of me

  I’ve been to the Sonic in Bridgeville several times for both lunch and dinner, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately the same issues keep happening. The drive-thru menu and speaker system are in really rough shape. It looks damaged, and it’s extremely hard to hear the employee taking the order, which makes the experience frustrating right from the start. What’s disappointing is that I truly love Sonic’s food—especially the burgers—but every single time I visit, the food arrives cold. I honestly don’t understand how it can be that cold on every visit. I’m sharing this because I want to keep coming back. I don’t want to have to choose another place to eat. Please consider fixing the drive-thru speaker system and addressing the food temperature issues. Thank you for your time, and I hope to see improvements soon.
