- AHAustin Habbyshaw6 days ago2.0well, if i have to be honest, i love the food here but… the totem pole of management down to the normal workers it’s not great. just now i had a cashier go from sweet to awful in a split second. she had a simple question for one of her managers(during a rush) and they came over in a fury. they were mean and nasty to her. unfortunately i was the next customer and she was as mean as ever. working in customer service i can understand how the mood can shift, but management needs to be more understanding. it’s a shame because they are one of my favorite spots to eat

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
