You get your ice coffee with the ice all melted into it and flavor sitting at the bottom. It is never consistent. Ask for one cream - seems like 5, ask for 3 creams and there's none. The coffee itself has no taste whether you get hot or iced. Every. single. time. I have ordered a donut it is beyond stale, no matter what kind I order. At 8 am, every donut should be fresh. I even used to work at Dunkin in college and know that if you are getting a stale donut in the morning it means management told you to keep them from the night before. Poor management! The service is meh, not great or friendly, but never rude. I think it comes down to poor management and training. Everything is pre-mesaured with a button, making things impossible to be that inconsistent. Recommend corporate come in and re-train the team.
