Morning drive up service is very below standards for a McDonald's. The order taking employee got my order wrong two days in a row. Yesterday I received a Bacon Quarter Pounder instead of a regular one. Today my order was missing a Sausag, egg & cheese micmuffin. Both the order taker and the person who handed me my food acted like just being there was a pain and providing service was not their job. I will not go back again. This place has had issues like this for many years. I would suggest hiring a better suited staff that actually have some class and enjoy what the do.

I am understanding to a degree - it’s fast food and young kids working. However, not one person had gloves on. I watched a girl cough in her hands and then continue packing up food. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. Evidently they decided to try their luck at making a double whopper and failed at both by putting lettuce tomatos and mayonnaise on it. What the hell were they thinking?

I added two extra sauce packets and McDonalds forgot them. This location has a habit of forgetting items so much and it causes inconvenience. I avoid this McDonalds when possible

I think it's important to be empathetic to what restaurant staff endure day to day, and the attitudes they have to put up with when customers are impatient. This McDonald's location, however, is a terrible experience all around. We placed a Mobile breakfast order on the app, and after standing in the restaurant for 45 minutes, we still did not receive our food. We weren't even acknowledged once, even though the bag with our order number on it sat empty on the kitchen counter. When people did step up to ask about the status of their order, they were often met with an attitude and told to keep waiting. There was no sense of urgency among the staff to serve the customers in front of them, as they continued to fulfill delivery and dine-in orders while the Mobile folks stood waiting. We left without our order 45 minutes later to salvage some of our morning. We will not be returning here again.
