  I had a very disappointing experience with Eric, the assistant manager. I placed my order over the phone and clearly confirmed that I wanted one pepperoni pizza and one bacon pizza. When my order arrived, I received a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza instead. I called back immediately (within about five minutes of delivery) to explain the mistake. I even told him they could come back to pick up the incorrect cheese pizza. Instead of offering a refund or credit, Eric said he “spoke to his manager” and that I was not eligible for either. He was extremely rude and hesitant to help, which made me uncomfortable having the bacon pizza remade and sent back out. When I asked for his manager’s name and what time he spoke with them, he then admitted that he had not actually spoken to his manager at that moment, contradicting what he previously told me. Lying to a customer over an $11 pizza is unacceptable and unprofessional. This situation was handled poorly from start to finish. The owner is George, and I will be calling back tomorrow morning to address this directly. Very disappointed in the customer service.

  This location has become so horrible. Every time I’ve ordered food in the past 3 years, it’s disgusting! I’m tired of having to call and complain, I should be able to enjoy my food the moment I open the box. :( the food is either cold or not made all the way in general. So disappointed..

  I’d give it a zero if there was a no star. I have been here before some time ago actually many times and no problem s, the cheese stuffed parm garlic crust3d pizza with mushrooms etc and it was excellent. The other day I ordered same but they made a. Hand tossed pizza with barely any mushrooms on it and barely any sauce. It tasted terrible and I couldn’t eat i5. I called to tell them and asked for it to be redone and was rudely told no defending themselves and blaming what I ordered. Long story short , after 2nd phone called and being rudely yelled at and refusing to remake the pizza I told him the websites guarantee and he still said no way he was going to do it. After about ten minutes of arguing he finally said he’d refund the purchase but I have yet to get my refund. My bank decided to change my accounts card and I’m waiting for a response from the main headquarters customer service to respond. I did not order a special I paid full price and git crap for it which I could not eat. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied! Unfair to lose $18.00 for a pizza I saved up for! I won’t be back there again! I’ve got a feeling management or employee has changed for the worse!

  I was delivering to tractor supply and I saw this place across the street. I walked over there and I had a good meal. Good quality if I ever come again I will definitely eat Domino’s thank you Dominos.

  There was a hair in my pizza there was no cheese on it I feel bad for the guy he was by himself had to throw it out
