- MMMatthew MitnickAug 12, 20181.0The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The night manager, and other employees, took my order and then preceded to take a 15 minute smoke break. I waited patiently for about 20 minutes while my food just sat in the kitchen. When the employees finally noticed that I had been waiting for my food, the manager begrudgingly hands it to me without any kind of apology. About a minute after I finally get my food, the manager walks to my table and tells me " we're closed now" so I am forced to leave after taking only a single bite of my sandwich .This restaurant exemplifies everything wrong with the fast food industry and I would rather starve to death than eat at this establishment again .
