  I can walk in the store, get what I need, and make it to the checkout in five minutes. Then, because of their self to help issues, it takes 10 minutes to pay and get out of the store. Sale items never ring up correctly and the poor employee running back-and-forth all the flashing registers simply can’t keep up. I will shop somewhere else.

  Once again it’s like every time I go to a Giant they lack customer service. I picked up a pack of chicken wings and asked the deli staff where I could have them cut, which is a regular and common service grocery stores provide. I was told “my boss does that down there” to which I was sent to the other end of the store where no counter was at all, so I went back to the deli counter and they sent me to another meat counter. There was nobody there. I then asked an employee to help me and they looked around the back and couldn’t find anyone. At that point I just told them I’ll go down to Acme, since they have people actually working. It’s a shame but customer service has basically disappeared from most companies at this point.

  This particular Giant needs to work on their customer service. No hello, no may I help you, no smiles and if you ask a question...look out. I go in and get what I need but only as a last resort. This team could take some inspiration from McCaffery's. I go to Giant and cringe if I need to ask for help. They can be rude and act as though you're bothering them. Sour.
