  Placed order at the wrong store and was unable to pick it up, of course my stupidity. However, I had called the store to see if they could help me, as I was having trouble getting refunded through the app. Instead I was instantly dismissed because they had already made my order and “couldn’t help me” . The girl I was speaking to told me she would get me her manager and instead I heard them talking about me in the background and was hung up on. I proceeded to try to call back multiple times to get it sorted and was ignored. Finally for them to pick up to tell me they cant help me. Terrible customer service, very rude people. This could have been handled very differently.
