I visited this Wendy’s and was shocked at how unclean the entire restaurant was. The dining room floors and tables were covered in fries, spilled condiments, trash, and napkins, and none of the self-service stations had napkins available at all. The restrooms were even worse; no toilet paper, and the soap dispenser had been broken off the wall. That means customers (and potentially employees) had no ability to wash their hands, which is a serious health concern in a food-service environment. My food was served lukewarm and clearly past any reasonable holding time. Another customer near me had to return his meal, so it wasn’t an isolated issue. On top of everything, the staff seemed indifferent and made no effort to address any of the problems. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the conditions here were unacceptable and raise legitimate public health concerns. I sincerely hope management and corporate take immediate action to correct the sanitation and food-handling issues at this location.
