They know who they are. 1st why would you work in a hoagie shop if you are going to complain when someone orders hoagies. 2 shouldn't complain about people and how many they get. And 3 wasn't even correctly made. Definitely want a pleasant dinner. Stale bread.

But I don’t have time to go in so I called them up asking for a refund on the chips didn’t find out about my sub until after the phone call and they can’t do a refund unless I come in the store! I don’t have time for that! I explained that and that’s is what I was told! But everytime I order online through their app my order is always wrong and I always make an excuse for them. But now it’s getting ridiculous on how many of my orders are wrong. Mostly when ever I add things that cost extra.

When I pointed out h That it said $9.99 right behind them, and that after tax it should be $10.59, the cashier admitted that "that is the old price". This is the definition of false advertisement in a bait-n-switch scrnario.
