Within hours of leaving the establishment, we both got violently ill. The effects of the food poisoning lasted four days for me, and three days for my husband. We called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Melissa, three times over the course of four days. She was rude and unsympathetic each time, claiming we would receive a call back from a regional manager that never came. Lesson learned, and I hope this review is a warning to their future patrons.

They came out and checked with me and even cooked my burger on a separate grill with new gloves to avoid any cross contamination. Lisa is super attentive and brings us what we need b4 we realize we need it. Not only that but she's sweet, pretty and always recognizes us, which is nice. If your thinking about stopping at Buckhorn quakersteak ask for Lisa and she won't disappoint!!!♡♡♡
