I have no idea if there was a staffing issue or what, but I placed a drive-thru order online and went to pick it up 5 minutes later. The drive-thru line was just about to the street and not moving. Cars started to get frustrated and leave the line in front of me so I was able to move up, but the the line itself was not moving. I eventually got to the front and picked up my order. Unfortunately that was almost 40 minutes later, 30 of which was me sitting in the Drive-Thru line not moving. Once I got my order, there was no apology for the wait, and when I went to take a sip of my coffee, it clearly was 40 minutes old and lukewarm at best. I have no idea why there is such an extreme weight, but there was no attempt at apology or any type of service recovery. If I had not already placed and paid for the order, I would have left and gotten that time of my life back
