    Yesterday was told no manager in drive thru. Today the slowest in drive thru. These people move at a snails pace and always look confused like the don’t have a place for there shift like you cook, you front you drive thru. One to make coffees. Like absolutely ridiculous. I get better service at harvest ln and pocono pines gas station.

    Couldn't order food in the drive thru cuz they had too much orders, first time I heard something like that in a drive thru and I come from NYC, one of the busiest cities in the world. I used to work as a assistant manager in a Burger King, with a drive thru, and the store that made $10,000 on Saturdays or more depends on the weather. So disappointed. Need to hired and train better and more people, to keep being in business.

    I stopped to get a coffee at 5:45 PM. It was supposed to be a hot coffee, but it was barely warm. The front door was locked so I couldn’t even get into the building to talk to someone. And the price here is approximately a dollar more than other local Dunkin locations. Additionally, the drive-thru is littered with garbage and equipment.
