Literally said using coupons is too much work for him!! Lied and said it was against store policy to use them! Was VERY unprofessional, rude, and quite frankly disgusting!! Whoever is in charge of this place needs some education in proper food service rules!!! Hair/beard nets are REQUIRED NO EXCEPTIONS!! Will absolutely be reported! I'd be embarrassed to be a part of this team!!

- LOLen OrendiAug 17, 20251.0They will cheat you. They will lie to you. My wife and I went in to place and pay for 2 separate orders and use a coupon for each order. The "sandwich artist" said the computer wouldn't accept the second coupon. This is an outright lie. The computer has no way of determining who the customer is. He just didn't want to accept the coupon and didn't have the courage to say why, probably because this is a violation of franchise rules and state law. So I got lied to and cheated out of a 6" sandwich. We were there 8/16/25 at 11:30AM. We won't be there again, and I'm going to have Capital One charge back the cost of the 6".
