  every time i come to this location they get everything in my order right and it tastes great. today i placed an order with 6 items and 3 had customizations and it was all correct. you have no idea how refreshing that is while having to always order customized due to dietary restrictions. and the staff is always super nice! i stopped going to the starbucks across the road because they always get my order wrong and i love coming to this dunkin. these employees deserve a raise 😍 (especially the ones that work monday evenings)

  I remember when this location opened good service with attentive staff. Not so much anymore. I did a mobile order to hopefully cut my wait time down because on a regular day when I order a black coffee it for some reason isn't ready by the time I get to the window. So I get to the window today I see my order sitting there. Staff having a conversation ignoring the drive thru. Then ones by the window on the computer taking an order then goes back to the conversation with the others. Eventually comes to the window and tries to hand me the wrong order. I tell her which order is mine. Then goes grabs my order and takes it basically on a tour of the store before I get it.

  Was at the dunkin earlier today got an ice caramel machiato the girl make it wrong asked for less ice and completely ruined the drink she added random things into the cup she kept staring at me told me to make it myself next time.. going to starbucks across the street from now on.. I was so embaressed i wanted to cry..

  I wanted to get a coffee before my long journey home, and have the preference of coming inside the store. As me and my daughter were walking towards the door, the employee on the inside was about to shut the door and lock it. Once she fully noticed my daughter and I out of our car, she threw her hands up in the air and freaked out. I was upset by this as I've been a dunkin drinker for a while and decided to take my business elsewhere.

  1 star is pushing it. The drive thru staff reprimanded me because I declined to donate $1 to local kids in need. Was asked at the speaker following placing my order if I’d like to donate - I said no thanks. Get to the window, I’m asked again, which I say no. “Wow & what the hell” is what the cashier said after I said no thanks in the drive through speaker. Then gave me the wrong order - gave me someone’s food order. Had an attitude when I said I ordered two drinks. Got my drinks and they were 3/4ths full.
