As me and my daughter were walking towards the door, the employee on the inside was about to shut the door and lock it. Once she fully noticed my daughter and I out of our car, she threw her hands up in the air and freaked out. I was upset by this as I've been a dunkin drinker for a while and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Was asked at the speaker following placing my order if I’d like to donate - I said no thanks. Get to the window, I’m asked again, which I say no. “Wow & what the hell” is what the cashier said after I said no thanks in the drive through speaker. Then gave me the wrong order - gave me someone’s food order. Had an attitude when I said I ordered two drinks. Got my drinks and they were 3/4ths full.

When somebody finally came to take my order, she said "do you need to place an order" in a not very nice tone. Like obviously I do, I'm not just standing here for fun. Then she was rude the entire time I was ordering. I didnt get an apology for my wait or anything. The women's bathroom is also terrible. Door takes a lot of work to close and the toilet doesn't flush.
