I had to come on here and give credit where it’s due because this was easily one of the best Wingstop experiences I’ve ever had. First off, the food was on point—everything came out hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The wings were crispy, sauced just right, and the fries? Seasoned to perfection. You can tell they’re not just throwing food together, they actually care about what they’re serving.
But what really made this visit stand out was the service. My guy Jared went above and beyond the whole time I was there. From the moment I walked in, he had a great attitude, super respectful, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. He was patient, made sure my order was exactly right, and even checked in to make sure everything was good after I got my food. That kind of service is rare nowadays.
You can tell Jared takes pride in what he does, and it honestly makes a big difference in the whole experience. It’s one thing to have good food, but when you pair that with someone who actually cares about the customers, it takes it to another level.
Definitely coming back, and if you pull up, hope you get Jared taking care of you—you’ll be in good hands for sure.

Hello I am very displeased with the service I received tonight at Wingstop store #2826 host: dajdany. I had the not so pleasant encounter with the night shift manager during my experience I walked in to the establishment not ready to order and yea on my phone on arrival. I heard a hello from the lady who walked away from the counter to perform another task. I said hello back the host walked back to the register and asked if we are ready which I simply stated oh I wasn’t sure you were ready for us you did not greet us which she said she said hello on entry. She proceeded to take my order which I order two combos and a 6 piece on its own. There was a miscommunication which I corrected before she rang the order out. At that time she seemed visibly upset by her face expression and her demeanor had changed like we annoyed her. At that point I asked to speak to the manager which she stated she was so I voiced my concern as a customer and my treatment I felt she got upset with me changing my order before we closed out the transaction. I tried to speak to her twice about how I felt I even apologized for the misunderstanding which she stated I don’t need to I am paying for it which is correct. I apologize to try to de escalate the misunderstanding at that point she claimed I was targeting her cause she is a woman and black. I am Latino and grew up in Bethlehem far from any type of race or discrimination of gender that has nothing to do to do with how you treat people or your customer service skills. At that point I asked if there was another manager to speak to she said no tomorrow you can call Luis which is the day shift manager. She called the manager while I was present and said her side to him. I stood and listened to the lies and misinformation. My son which is 12 was Present with me and noticed the difference how she got upset when we changed the order. I stated I don’t live far and come here a lot she told Luis I was threatening her by my words. All I was saying in other words I come here a lot and am a frequent customer. I decided I am not going to call tomorrow and make Luis day start off bad I will just leave a review for others to see. I
Will no longer shop here or any franchise of wing stop due to poor customer service the lack of compassion and understanding for your customers suggestions or complaints, concerns. I felt like I was in the streets no professionalism from the manager no de escalate attempts from this manager. I felt she handled the situation wrong also met conflict with race and gender accusations which are completely false. I will never spend my money here or any other wingstop ever again. Due to not properly dealing with customers dissatisfaction and making a customer heard. Thanks for the experience I do not recommend this location due to poor management skills by the night shift management and the poor de escalation skills. Customer service should be your number 1 priority I work in an industry where I deal with upset customers and de escalate the situation not add more frustration to the issue. Thanks again I hope the host gets proper training to avoid losing potential customers
