    I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at this Wendy’s location and feel compelled to share my concerns publicly. Upon attempting to place my order, an associate informed me that their credit card machine “only accepts cash” — a statement that is not only contradictory and confusing, but also raises serious questions about staff training and customer communication standards. I was taken aback after hearing this but nonetheless I went to the bank obtained the cash and went back to the counter to place my order. After receiving my order I personally witnessed other customers successfully use and pay by way of the credit card machine without issue — which made it very clear that the treatment I received was not consistent with how all customers were being served. This inconsistency was not lost on me, and I left with a strong and unsettling feeling that my experience was racially motivated. As a result of this encounter, I completely lost my appetite and approached the associate and the manager to only be fed excuses and dismissal. I received No apology and no explanations. No customer should ever be made to feel unwelcome, singled out, or discriminated against simply for trying to enjoy a meal. I strongly urge management and corporate to review the conduct of the staff on duty during my visit. Every customer deserves equal, fair, and respectful treatment regardless of their background. If this matter is not addressed, I will be escalating my complaint to the appropriate consumer protection and civil rights channels. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional disrespectful and disgusting. Do better.

    The store is always clean but the food has gotten to a point I’d rather eat anything else. Always cold despite making you pull around and wait, missing items, and wrong orders constantly. Never leave the parking lot without checking your food! Staff used to be really nice, not sure what changed
