- CGChris GregoryApr 19, 20264.0The food was good, not great. None of us knew what poutine was really when we went in here and I don't know if anybody was really happy with it. Maybe Mike was. But the truffle and Parmesan fries were excellent and the chef kindly made up a custom meal for my mother who is sensitive to gluten and wheat. They are open pretty late and there are sometimes live music shows from what I've heard from a friend, although I just went there for the food.

I have been a frequent customer for years and continue to return dinning onsite, pick up orders, or getting great dishes from the food truck at events around the Valley. There was a nashville crispy chicken poutine special once that was HEAVEN. My consistent fav is the maple bacon, I should try other delicious items on the menu, but I keep going back to it.

- FFFauschMar 27, 20265.0This place is incredible! Every food item I've tried, from their standard poutine, the breakfast poutine, the buffalo poutine, and the veggie poutine have all been fantastic. Additionally, the staff is second to none! Recently I had a grubhub mix up and decided to just go in and pick up the order myself. The staff gave me a 10 dollar gift card and bought me a free drink, which was very generous and much appreciated. These guys definitely go above and beyond when it comes to customer service, and you really don't see that much these days. The Flying-V is a must-try if you're in Bethlehem!
