This place has terrible customer service. I don’t know who the man was in the drive-through, but he’s very rude. I gave him my order and he’s still very disrespectful toned and stated are you ready to order Or what I’m not sure if he just didn’t hear me or just didn’t care to hear me but it’s ridiculous. How rude he was. This is not the first time that I came to this drive-through and one of the male workers were very rude over The loudspeaker please do better for the people that are trying to have good days. Nobody wants to come to an establishment where there’s attitude given before you even get to make a order. Do better for us all whoever you are.

Horrible disgusting experience had me wait in 11 minutes for a simple Quarter Pounder meal I asked the manager politely excuse me and she dismissed me and said Somebody's working on it I ended up just asking for my refund as the gentleman is passing my food I said I do not want it anymore you can keep it that is disgusting you need to learn how to manage drive-thru and the front efficiently you don't focus on one side and worrying about how long are pies instead of worrying about why the person in your dining room has yet to leave with their food ignorant I will never come back to the stupid McDonald's again terrible service your team needs to understand how to use their time instead of talking their soul away they should be doing their jobs

I places my order on the mobile app and waited in the drive thru 24 min. When I got home with my food the order was wrong. I have a food allergy and order my quarter pounder no cheese. I got a quarter pounder deluxe in my bag with not only one but two pieces of cheese on both sides of the burger. The box said no cheese but surprise! Also, I ordered a dbl cheeseburger plain and it had no cheese on it. If I didn’t want cheese I would have ordered a dbl hamburger. So basically the only part right was the soda and fries.

I waited a half hour for my curbside pickup order of only three items. Another car arrived after me and left before me. I had to call the worker over to me and say I’ve been waiting twenty minutes. I told him my name, he went in and came back out and asked to see the receipt. I showed him. He went in and came back out AGAIN asking if I could come in the store. It’s been a half hour now. Apparently someone else had taken my order. They didn’t even offer to compensate in any way after they made my order. This was super inconvenient and made me late for my plans. I thought fast food was supposed to be fast? Judging by the other reviews, this location needs to do better.

I hate that I am writing this as much as I hope corporate hates to be reading this. I came through the drive thru to get my mobile order tonight. It took a half hour to get from the end of the line to the time I received my food, but it is a Friday night and I recognize they are busy. I worked in fast food service for 4 years, I understand how things can get. I brought my food home and realized they missed a sandwich, so I drove back to get it.
I entered the drive thru and told them I was missing a piece of my mobile order. They told me I had to come inside for that. Very odd, and very inconvenient. I recently had surgery and getting in and out of a car, as embarrassing as it sounds, takes a lot of my energy. I already had to do it an extra time to come back and get the food they missed. But, I did not fight with them and went inside.
Inside I went the counter with my digital receipt (since it was a mobile order) and was asked to see the physical receipt or food. I explained the receipt was in my car and the food I had already dropped off at home. I just wanted the sandwich and sauces I was missing. I was told there wasn't anything they could do. I hate that I had to say this, but I asked to speak to a manager. I just wanted my food!!
The manager came out and didn't say anything, so I cut to the chase and showed my mobile order and told her I was missing the sandwich and the sauce. She went and grabbed the sauce and sandwich and handed it to me without saying anything. I told her thank you and to have a good night. Nothing in response.
I understand they were busy, and I empathize that they probably DO get people who try and scam them for free food, but to be treated the way I was over a mistake they made is unacceptable. Do better.
UPDATE: the food was also awful!!! Bun burnt and lettuce browning. Nothing is redeeming this location. Go to a different location, even if it is further out of your way. I could live INSIDE of this McDonalds and still go to another one for my food. No part of this is worth it.
