Hotel B Ice Cream Parlor

Offering 12 flavors and featured flavors that rotate monthly, Hotel B Ice Cream Parlor is the place for a delicious partnership of historic proportions. The Berkey Creamery was established in 1865 in the “College” Barns behind the university’s present day Old Main. Almost 150 years later, Hotel Bethlehem partnered with the Creamery to open our parlor on Main Street. We grew and moved, but our assortment of desserts, including freshly baked pies and the one-of-a-kind Moravian Sugar Cake, are available daily.
